1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Carpetizing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Carpetizing provides professional commercial cleaning services including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and flood recovery services for strata buildings, offices, and commercial properties in Metro Vancouver.

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • All service appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional charges

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and corporate cheques
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the areas to be cleaned
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Remove or secure valuable items before the cleaning service
  • Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions

6. Liability and Insurance

Carpetizing is fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding in fabrics, or shrinkage of materials. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
